2002 Awards Banquet

Time to get ready for the 2002 Awards Banquet. The date is January 18th, 2003. The location is at the Orangevale Community Center, 6826 Hazel Avenue, Orangevale, CA. Doors will open at 5:30pm. The meal is again being catered by the "Buckhorn Restaurant" in Winters, CA.

This years tickets are $27.50 per person and we are limited to 375 people. It will also be set up so that you can pay for your tickets on-line. Instructions for doing this will be sent and posted on the web site as well. Please note that there will be NO tickets available at the door this year. ALL reservations MUST be made before January 1, 2003. Banquet/Meal tickets will be mailed to you and MUST be presented at the door. In the event you want to take a chance, and wait till after January 1, 2003 to make your reservation, any available tickets will be on a first-come-first serve basis and will cost $35.00 per person.

There will be raffle prizes again this year so bring some extra money..... :-)

Here are some other changes for the banquet this year......
1. The OA A winners for Cross Country, Enduro and the OA Flattrack Sportsman class winner will get in FREE. These winners will also get ONE FREE guest as well.
2. The OA A class winners for Cross Country, Enduro, and Flattrack will also get in FREE.

In order to get your sponsors in the banquet program, you will need to have your information to Jill Patterson by December 18, 2002. You may email your sponsor information to Jill at d36photo@pacbell.net. Along with your sponsor information, please list your name, rider number, class, and event type (enduro, fltattrack, crosscountry).

Invitations should be mailed to you. If you do not get your invitation soon after that date, please contact your steward.
